Full buyer representation
For buyers who want support across some or all of the journey, from defining the brief through to completion and handover.
A modest monthly retainer keeps me properly engaged throughout the search and negotiation, agreed with you in writing before work begins. At completion, a share of the value created, measured against a benchmark fixed in writing beforehand and never against the purchase price itself, is calculated, and every retainer already paid is credited against it in full. The total you pay is never more than that share of what was genuinely achieved.
If the right outcome is to walk away from a purchase, the retainer already paid is all you owe.
